Kit Box Privacy Policy
At Kit Box we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to help us to keep in touch with you about Kit Box.
We never pass on your information to another organisation.
We are particularly careful about your credit card details. These are only passed via a secure link and we do not even record or store them (that is why you have to key them in afresh every time you make a new donation or order).

Why do we need to know your name, address, tel no etc?
When you place an order we need to know these details so that we can process and fulfil your order - and also to get in touch with you if we have any queries. On certain occasions your telephone number may be passed to a courier service to enable delivery. Details given for orders are used only for these purposes.
In this case we record your details in a databse for use by our office staff.
At certain times we may use this information to send you information about Kit Box which we think may interest you, and/or special discount vouchers which will save you money off Kit Box products.
Credit Card Details and other sensitive information
Sensitive information and credit card details are carefully sent through a secure server.
